GORSEDH KERNOW AWARDS:
I am absolutely honoured & delighted to share with you news that I am to be awarded a Gorsedh Kernow Award for my photography. I am not the only member of the Kitto family to be honoured - I am incredibly proud of my brother Julian, who is also going to be presented with a Gorsedh Kernow Award for his Cornish dialect writing - a skill for which he has real flair! We will be presented with our awards by the Grand Bard of Cornwall, Merv Davey, at a special presentation evening next month.

Gorsedh Kernow, which means Cornish Gorsedh, exists to maintain and give expression to the national spirit of Cornwall as a Celtic country - preserving the history and culture of a Celtic people through poetry, song, dance, music, art, sport and spoken word.
